Mentoring as a PBworker

This is a new experience
since I have received the first email from Christine; I have started seriously doing my tasks.
First, I had to do my assignment to fully understand and what is needed. A teacher/mentor preparation is crucial in the success of any course delivering or homework. You should know what we are preaching.

My task besides the other mentors is to read and check if the homework has been done perfectly, answering the participant questions and providing help, suggestions for participants struggling to do their activities. Sometimes, I feel unsure; therefore, I check my skills before telling the other what to do. You have to visit the participants' pages and see what their problem is. Receiving an email does immediate answer, then.

I believe that once you start moderating it means you have so how mastered the skills and know find your way through. By doing the activities for the second time, I am sure I am benefiting a lot. What's more is acquiring the skills of moderating other participants.
